I'm trying to make a straight pipe with a silencer at the end for my techumseh hs50.. I have a silencer already with a 1in diameter to fit on a 1in pipe.. Any good ways to make a straight pipe?

Guys I am about to build an exhaust for my 6.5hp clone, and was wondering if anybody has gone with a larger diameter exhaust pipe, and if it affected performance? I have some 29.5mm piping that I was thinking about using, along with a race stinger off of one of my race sleds... Thoughts?

What's your best brand of pipe break?? I've used a lot of different kinds and formulas. But the best, by far, is a brand called simply "Pipe Break" made by a company called Calfonex. I found it at an electrical/plumbing supply company. Costs $5.30/can and worth it's weight in gold.

So im curious....lol If a guy wanted to make this 3 stage pipe into a 2 stage... what would the pro's n con's be? It sticks puurty far out past the frame once ya put a muffler on the end...any ideas or suggestions are sweet and appreciated!:thumbsup:

This exhaust pipe has a drilled out muffler and is smoothed on the inside of the bolt on end,its been bead blasted and painted with VHT high temperature paint.it is quieter than an open header but is still high flow. $25 plus shipping.
