tav?

I picked up an engine today and it had a Comet TAV on it -- but I'm not sure of the model. It doesn't mount to a plate like one you'd buy on OldMiniBikes, one pully mounts to the shaft, and the other to a separate axle that's mounts to the bottom of the motor. I do know that it's asymmetrical, but...
