Hey guys I just cleaned out my carburetor for on my scat-cat mini bike which has a 3.5HP Tecumseh motor on it (Tecumseh/H35-45621S). As I was about to connect the fuel line, I noticed when I give it throttle, it (not sure what the name of the part is) doesn't come back to it's starting point...
