Looking for the top bars for this 250x. From what I've seen the 250s did not have the detachable handlebars? Do I have the wrong forks? Thanks!

Hi I just picked up this bike and I am trying to find more information on it. The guy that sold it to me said it was a bonanza built in the 90's but didn't really say much more about it. It doesn't have the bonanza circle so I am not sure that is correct? Any help is appreciated! Thank you,
