Ok guys, I've done a search but I really think I suck at the proper search terms so bear with me. Like the title said, I'm doing my first Hemi build. So far I've gotten all the gaskets I need, side cover, .010 and stock head gasket, and various others. Got an ARC +.020 length billet rod, and billet flywheel. Also got a .650 bored carb. My questions concerns the cam. Got a Black Mamba cam and 26 lb springs on the way. I've seen numerous posts saying I NEED stronger pushrods and/or rocker arms, others say you can replace it in time when funds allow. Also do I need longer pushrods or will stock suffice? My goals for the engine /bike are basically cruising around camp and blasting down the alleys at home. Don't want to screw anything up with the wrong parts, but also don't want to buy stuff I don't really need. Oh yeah the governor is removed too. Any help on this would be great!
