A gas tank would more-likely be extrusion blow molded vs injection molded..

Thank for all that information. It is as I suspected. I'd visited some of the on-line jobbers offering this service, but it looked far more expensive than would be feasible.

I guess we're back to:
ABS sheet fabrication/plastic weld
Fiberglass plug/mold fabrication
Scouring the internet for used thanks that aren't too scratched, or don't leak too badly.

But hey, at least now I can quit dreaming about getting someone to make ten of them. LOL.

Hello everyone.



I am currently having my 1st batch of some hard to find parts reproduced for the MT1/KV75 that will be released in 2014.

I didn't see a section for the KV75. Sounds like there might not be a lot of "love" here for them? :shrug:

Are you still making KV parts? Looking for things to improve my KV ,I bought your chain and sprockets kit :thumbsup: Would love to find repo bars or a rechrome what I have.
