Has carb but one needle screw is broke off so I'll send an extra rebuildable diaphragm carb along with the engine. Has a stepped 5/8" shaft but a full size clutch can be fitted with some work or a spacer which I've done before, it currently has a #35 pitch 3 inch bell clutch on it that looks viable. I have gotten it to pop off on a shot of pre-mix but have never run it. It is a 143 designation Craftsman Tecumseh gold anodized blower housing and I was told it came off a small snowblower. I will include an air cleaner assembly as well because it came without one. This is the perfect engine for a tom thumb or small frame mini or even a motorized bicycle conversion.
