its a later manco has the folding foot pegs and kickstand welded to frame rail,going to try and do two builds, this one i have already polished the wheels installed tires repaired fenders ,lower fork legs chromed them and foot pegs and sprocket ,straightened fork,going to use a 5 hp snowblower engine and torque converter

thanks every one,seat had lost some of its spots touched it up with a couple of sharpies

made a kickstand I dont know what the original looks like. the pocket it pivots in is 3/4 so used 3/4 tube flattened and bent end,started stripping engine going to swap shroud with earlier one has fixed jet carb will be replaced

the frame never came with remote tank and the tank i found has no mounting brackets used 1/2 x 1/8 flat bar hope to clean up tank tomorrow mount the brackets i made and start on the brackets that are mounted to the frame

mounted my tank brackets to tank,made up frame brackets and welded them on,its had the fork neck replace i guess the bolt was seize they mounted new one on rear half of tube and added a grease fitting im just going to leave it you dont notice it with forks on

stripped the many layers of paint and cleaned up all the rust,forks cleaned up nice and im going to polish them up for chrome,the frame has lots of rust pitting and gouges going to use filler on them and the neck and going to prime over the week end

cleaned up the welds on the neck tube added filler in gouges,scrapes put on a couple of heavy coats of primer this morning going to have to use spot putty where needed

painted frame over week end base clear dark purple,started polishing fork getting it ready for chrome finished left bar and fork plate
