thanks everyone,made a kickstand used a azusa lowered the top hole 1/2 inch and rebent lower welded it to some flat bar and drilled a hole to mount to engine mounting bolt
matched up my paint with original,serial number is on engine plate and not on axle mount date 7 70 serial #22762 engine looks to be original to bike date code 0160 so its mid may 1970
stripped paint welded up extra holes in fender bracket seat mount and fork plate,went over it with rust remover B&G the stuff is quick and leaves a iron phosphate coating,hope to prime it and get paint on it this week.posted data sheet on the rust remover
