I cut the base of my index finger real deep with a friend's folding survival knife when it closed on me, in HS, and I was surprise at how little it bled. A few drops was all. It was pretty deep, almost to the bone. Can't remember how many stitches there were, but the scar is still there.

I don't know why mine didn't bleed much, but whatever caused mine not to bleed much may be similar to this guy? :shrug: Of course it could be a photoshopped photo, too.

I have had other shallower cuts that bled like heck (like anytime I cut myself shaving -- OUCH!)! (keeping it family friendly)
