ARC Racing Top Plate/Throttle Help

I don't understand why it still shifted against me even after I said I were going to take precautions such as limiting the maximum amount of fuel I'll let by & I've already got shields around the engine. I do plan after a little while on getting billet parts then remove the throttle restriction for safe use.
I'd like to know why I'm such a horrible person that knows it all if he's here on the forums trying to ask a decent and reasonable question? Can't I have fun building this instead of arguing over a forum thread because of a simple question?
All I expected from someone was something along the lines of "Nah, here's a thread on how to use the plate to hook up a throttle linkage with the governor still functioning." Not crap about safety, having children around the atv, or anything else that I had already thought of before hand.

You seem to be very knowledgeable and versed in this, why don't you try the search function? I can tell you right now, you're not going to get much help with the attitude you're tossing around so loosely. Change your tone, change your demeanor and maybe even your screen name and maybe you might get more positive response from the very knowledgeable and experienced engine builders, mini bikers, etc... on this forum. Seriously, before you respond again with another bratty post, take a moment to realize you are on the ONLY mini bike site where you can get the help you need with more problems and questions than you can ever think that you might have in the future if you have any intentions of moving forward with the hobby you have embarked upon.
