Vibration or shake? If it is an 'out of balance' engine the bike will respond at the 'RPM' of the engine. Shake would seem to be a much slower movement of the frame. Are you sure that it is not a 'normal' situation found in all minibikes that have a one cylinder engine?

my bonanza shook quite a bit, turned out to be a bent rear axle, still shakes a little of the line but seems like the nature of the mini bike

usually when you get a shake like that its the tire. The cheapo wheels dont really have a positive bead so you have to center them up as your inflating them. And cheapo tires are almost always out of round

I agree w/Jeep. And maybe it's not so much out of round as out of balance. The tire could have a heavy spot. Have you tried revving it up w/the chain removed? That takes the tires & wheels out of the picture completely.

turns out most of the bolts on the bike were very lose i tightened them up pretty good the motor stop shaking but now the chain is making a buzzzing noise It doesnt really seem to hurt anything So I was wondering was that nomal. but, I exspected some work for a 300 buck bike  O and what spark plug does the 6.5hp motor take its a black motor and the sticker got ripped off It looks like the harbor fright 6.5 but its black.

I would guess that if the chain emits a buzzing sound that it is far too tight. A sound like that is not normal for any chain drive you are likely to encounter on a minibike.

I have the same vibration with TAV. Did you find out what it was?? I haven't found mine yet. Feels like chain grind/slippage. 7-7-2015
