the paint brand is called limeline grimace purple candy base coat from amazon i also used their clear coat and for the base i used a self etching primer because i had it to bare metal Another thing i was running out of the purple soo i shot it with a dark blue so now it turns from purple to blue and at night it looks black im happy with the outcome good luck

I noticed that and was probably going to ask that next; whether it was a color changing paint or not. Is the dark blue a similar paint (for compatibility concerns)? Thanks.

Color changing paint is called "flip flop" and is done with pearl and angular refraction differences in UV. Refer to Flip Flop pearl. There is another conversation to be had about paint mixtures, and different wave lengths, like Taco- the original Lynn Wineland paint mixture for instance looks purple in the sun, blue under a camera flash, much like this gentleman's bike. (Cool looking bike by the way)
