Bonanza 1300 Chrome Fenders??

Hello -

Can anyone tell me if the front and rear fenders are interchangeable? What I am trying to get at is.....is the placement of the two mounting "tabs" in same location on the front and the rear fenders.

Also, are the brackets located in the dead center of the fender (equal distance from each end)?

Had some rechroming done and you can probably guess the rest of the story.................

I think they are interchangable between front and rear. The mounting tabs on the fenders were not centered up on mine (in fact, were hardly even side to side). They apparently had some pretty low standards for QC back then in the fender dept.

I know some are crooked and there are 3 styles of bonanza fenders:doah:

Mine fit equally on either end of the bike.

These are the "not so chrome" after the sandblaster original fenders from my 67 BC1300 sh. The bottom fender is the front fender… As you can see its channel instead of a hole. I think this is so you can adjust the pitch of the front fender to your liking. But I could be wrong.
