all the animal and world formula parts interchange with the intek, well with the exception of the inner crank bearing if the intek is a bushing block..

Does your engine have a bearing side cover? if not I have one you can have..

it has a bearing side cover so no issue with the flywheel just pop off the electric start one and put the new one on ?

yep that's it.. if you have the Jr Racecar flywheel you can use your coil but if its the PVL flywheel you will need a PVL coil....
this is my intek

356 lift cam, big valve head 32mm int 28mm exh, wf crank, wf .020 piston, arc beefy rod, pvl flywheel, 1/4" push rods, billet side cover, 28mm mikuni.... it should run pretty good....

yeah i would think so  i am not trying to get that crazy just a mild build i figure if i can get it to run as good as my animal i will be happy  is there an advantage to using the pvl coil and flywheel ?

yeah the pvl won't fluctuate at high rpms like a standard solid state coil... I built another intek a few years back more along the lines as what you want to do.. it was a bushing block, 308 wf cam, arc rod, wf crank, ported head with stock size valves... WF dbl valve springs, 22mm Mikuni carb, wf piston, jr racecar flywheel....

They don't share parts but parts are interchangeable. If you have a kool bore Intek I don't believe you can use the Animal or WF piston.

i have another question will a 3.625 animal stroker rod work with out to much issue or does that require a certain crank
you'll have to use a raptor or a billet stroker crank... Fastermotors sells the stroker kit with everything to convert it... the piston has to be milled since they are too tall as is.. I toyed with the idea of a stroker kit in my WF but it will be plenty strong...it's built almost identical to my Intek except it has the wf head with big valves where I have an BV Animal head on the Intek..

did they make a kool bore intek? all mine were steel bore but if they did then your correct a chrome piston will be needed...

Is there any chance I can get one of you to post a top down view of the governor linkage on the Intek?
I took one in trade but the previous owner cut the linkage. I was hoping to reattach the needed hardware so that the engine would be safe for my son. Ive searched online-no luck so far.
