Briggs With A Mikuni Style Carb?

I searched all over the internet and cannot find any info of anybody putting a small mikuni carb on a 3-5 HP briggs or tecumseh engines. Anybody know what size I would need to try this? I am thinking a 16mm or 18mm would do the trick with some jetting trial and error.

You must didn't search hard because they use 18mm carbs all the time on 5hp motors for jr.dragster racing.

What motor do you have? You never did say? BTW welcome to OldMiniBikes's.

Its a 3.5 HP briggs. Thank's for the info... I went to their website and not sure what manifold I would need.
