BSP Clone Engines For Fun Kart

#1
I noticed that purchasing a BSP Clone engine complete with flywheel is cheaper than building a 212 Predator Hemi with comparable parts. Apparently it also does not need assembled except for installing the flywheel....
Anyone out there with an opinion on these engines? I'm just interested in taking it out of the box and replacing my 212 hemi.
Do I have to check all the torque on all the bolts?
Thanks for any info.

Which vendor?

I had the impression that the ARC kits were shipped totally unassembled. BTW a new ARC hemi .020" rod & flywheel showed up today & the workmanship looks beautiful(& I make gun parts on CNC machines for a living).

I got mine from ARC Racing-it looks to be completely assembled. I would like to put on the carb and flywheel and start it up. Will I have to check any torque or clearance specs?
