Well I did contact him by phone first try and did receive a shipping tracking number next day but that was on 3/25/14 and have not received parts yet so I guess I have to wait and see if I get my parts. Ill let everyone know when parts come in.

That is good news Conaway, but really is a shame that you were treated that way by Rupp Parts. It amazes me he can stay in business. I have ordered from Blackwidow and it was perfect. Makes me concerned about ordering fro Rupp Parts again but he has parts that you cant seem to find anywhere else, but thru PayPal is the only way I will order from him.

blackwidow is the much better site to order from, very nice guys, accurate parts, and the shipping has always been very quick

I ordered from RuppParts after my search on Google. I also found OldMiniBikes but they have not the parts RuppParts offer. Blackwidow was not on my list...OMG, I need so much parts.: -)

Perhaps post a list of what you need in the want ad section and someone(s) may be able to help you a lot of rupp roadster 2 where sold here in the US and most members have 1 or 2 laying around in there "collections" plus ebay has over 500 listing of used and new parts:drinkup:

Quit screwing around with emails and pick up a phone and actually CALL them. Go to their home page "contact us" link and they provide you with 2 separate phone numbers to contact them. For shipping international (read: Germany) they will have to custom calculate your shipping- did you actually expect them to have shipping costs built in to the online ordering for all over the world?!

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Rupp parts / Brandt back on march 21st. still do not have my stuff. Never answers my emails or the phone. I finally filed a complaint with Paypal and the bbb. I have ordered many things from blackwidowmotorsports and NEVER had a problem.

The last couple comments you have posted in this thread have been pretty rude.

Not every one knows to look for a review before they place an order.

If you find some one who specializes in one thing like rupps most of the time thats the guy you go to.

And its pretty hard to call some place on the other side of the world so when its 3am your time to call someone at 10am there time it can be hard to do.

Conaway, both Rupp parts and Black Widow are 1 or 2 man shops they are not big company's. Have you tried posting for what you need in the Parts Wanted Section? That way a member may have just what you need for your Rupp.
There are some people on this forum that seem to get enjoyment out of being rude and jumping on new people for not knowing all the ins and outs of the site. Just ignore those folks and communicate with those that are willing to help you out.
