Chain, 3/16 gapped sprocket with rim. if possible tire too

hey guys, im in need of a 3/16 rear wheel with that sprocket size on it, hopefully it will be this size for a tire to fit on it "4.10-5 NHS"
thats the writing on the Carlisle tire thats on the rim i have.

i can pay or we can make a trade, don't care, i need it now :laugh:

alright guys, i've found the chain, i need an aircleaner housing no aircleaner.

and a back rim with a 7 inch sprocket SIZE 40.

would really really appreciate your help.

Found the air cleaner housing, had an extra one laying around.
Still in need of a 7" sprocket size 40 though.
