A while back I bought two of these Clone engines and have been gathering parts to build one up.Im almost ready to take one apart and mod it.Show me what you got.

I can't tell you mine is the fastest, but I can show some pictures of a couple that I've built....

Tilly 304WX
1:2 reinforced rockers
.275 dyno cam
Stage 4 NR head - 4 angle valve job, p&p, milled .065"
Billet fw and rod
26lb springs

Tilly 334wx
15cc clone head ($20 ebay special) w/ stock valvetrain
.265 AGK Cam
Billet fw/rod

And here's my current build that will be going on a custom Bob frame.
Tillotson 304wx bored to .900", .310 Isky cam, MDB p&p milled .040 14cc head, billet rod, Raceseng S2 finned flywheel, Raceseng Hybrid aluminum push rods, Raceseng Rev roller rockers, 55lb dual springs bv head.

whats the advantage with running the Tillton carb's over other carb's of the same size?

i had my old one up to 43-44mph. it would have done a bit better with more room or a lighter rider.

Yeah, I hope it turns out that way. The cam is capable of 9K RPM and should make about 20HP?

LOL,I did change out my drive sprocket once from a 13 to a 17....good lord my tires are out of balance!

Lol, Tillotsons are nice because you don't have to buy jets to tune them.Just turn the Hi LO screws.:thumbsup:

And they look cool too.
