Only goes about 2 mph after governor removal pls help

Please explain EXACTLY how you went about removing governor. There is ONLY 1 way to remove the governor without destroying the engine.
Pics of removed parts would help.

I got all the washers out I got the plastic governor I took the arm out I close the hole from the armor and put it back together and now it won't move

Any pics of throttle linkage at carb???

The carb butterfly isn’t connected to anything anymore is my guess. Probably need to install a kit like this:

I got the throttle cable in the whole on the throttle that the original rod was at it twist my throttle and it cuts off or just want move

You need to show more details ! Also the removing of Governor without replacing the Connecting Rod and Flywheel is not supported on this Forum ever ! Also doing more than one post on the same problem, will not get you any more assistance.

The fact it won’t go is telling you something.

I would put it back the way it was, get it running again and enjoy it.
Use your free time to save money, collect parts and knowledge in order to get it done the way you want it next time.
