Custom Exhaust help

I was wondering where I could get the flange to make a custom exhaust. I have extra pipes laying around, but without the flange, I can't do anything with them. Is there a place where they sell them?

I get some for the Predators from the OldMiniBikes warehouse.

Take some cardboard to make a template, then cut out a steel one using that.
I did this with my bike and exhaust I made.

What size tubing did you use and how was it bent??

Maybe you can get some ideas from this guy. He makes them for a lot of different motors. May be less $$ then the time/effort taken to make your own. andrei-x | eBay

Genius, pretty sure everybody has their original mufflers laying around and that would be the best use for them.

A lot depends on what engine you need the flange for?
