I have one for my Rupp Dart cycle, but it is missing the small cover plate. Could you post a picture or 2 of the top and bottom of the cover for me. I'm going to try and make one. Thanks, Jim

It’s gone now. Windber Jeff has it. Someone was making those covers. Scotessey maybe? Search the threads
