I think this is a Rupp frame franginstined together with other stuff. Its a H40 snowblower engine, the belt drive is all rigged up. It has 12" 28 spoke wheels. Trying to figure out what it was originally model / year to try and move it back in that direction. Regardless I'll probably work with that motor if its practical to do so... so what is it
