Fresh 2 hp with only 5 or so minutes run time. Fresh honed and cleaned block that is painted silver VHT, new seals and gaskets, 3 hp "8B" head that has been milled and fire slotted, ports cleaned and deburred and smoothed but not really ported. New piston - rings - valves - keepers - springs, new mag with pointless conversion, all new hardware. Tin has all been blasted, primed and Duplicolor painted. Seems to run nice and is quite responsive albeit no load and loose on floor.
DOES NOT COME WITH RLV SILENCER SHOWN ON MOTOR AND THERE IS NO FOAM ELEMENT IN FILTER. I will include the pictured NOS Briggs muffler shown and the NEW 3 hp rod shown. If you have a 3 hp crank it's just a swap with this rod and that's what it is. Stroke and crankpin size are the differences.
