No I don't need the gas gauge, I just can't leave the fish pond tape on there :doah: I'm not looking at putting too much money into this engine as I am looking for a vintage Briggs 5hp. Thanks, Nate
Hey guys I purchased on of these in the middle of May. I installed it and today I come home and my house smells like gas. This is what I found, the gauge literally melted in half. I contacted the seller on eBay and they were not concern or helpful in any way since it was longer than 30 days. I never even started this engine with the new gauge installed...
Dang Nate...what are you running in those mini's....NITRO ? Probably just cheap made parts, I never had one with the gauge in it...and now I'm glad I didn't. I have all kinds of stock tanks if you need one just let me know.

Just some good old 87 octane with 10% bull:censure: Thanks for the offer of a tank but if I get my way this motor will be getting replaced with a Briggs 5hp.
