Good tire for street and stone/chip roads? 15x6x6

#1
I had this tire as a replacement for the rear and it didn't last long. I'm mainly using this bike on on street with roads that stone/chipped.

What do you guys recommend that will have decent life in 15x6x6 for the rear tire? My local Tractor supply has some Hi-Run in 2 ply and 4 ply, not sure if 4 ply would last longer? If you guys have any options, let me know.

The other tread design they have is this one. All I know is the one above didn't last.

Both of those are lawn and garden tires made for low speed (below 10 mph) use on grass/dirt, as are most 15x6-6 tires. You can find more street-oriented tires in size 145/70-6, they are a little shorter at around 14" OD. 145/70-6 is an ATV/minibike tire size. There are also many off-road-oriented tires in 145/70-6 size that should hold up better in street use than the lawn and garden tires.

145 is section width in millimeters, 145 mm = 5.7 in
70 is aspect ratio in percentage (of section width), 145 x 70% = 101.5 mm section height
6 is wheel diameter in inches at bead
101.5 x 2 = 203 mm = 7.99 in + 6 in = 13.99 in OD (actual OD varies somewhat from one brand/model tire to another, as with all tires)

GPS usually has a 15x5-6 street tire but it's out of stock.
