got 2 rupps of craigslist today

I got a 1970 scrambler from original owner has newer carb looks solid and a 1971 endure with a frozen motor I have a 5hp motor in the crate new to install in it it has the 12 in spoke wheels and the front brake on it needs minor odd n ends paid 125.00 for the enduro it came with a box of extra parts also and 250.00 for the scrambler it runs both should be fairly easy projects I also have another matching scrambler and a 3.5 alexander reyonalds bike in my garage next to my 6 cyl 1520 cc Honda 2003 Valkyrie 100 hp 101 ft lbs torque

Nice bikes and a good buy . I see a plate on the Scrambler did you get a title with it ?? I have several Rupps with titles and was just wondering if your was titled also .

Did you buy the 1970 in Fort Dix NJ? If so, I looked at that bike, funny he was pretty firm on the price and yet he sold it to you for less than what I offered:shrug: Nice bike, good purchase.

You may want to upgade that carb..... its a cheaper replacement diaphragm. Cleaner 'er up, and ride like the wind.
