Geoff. On the billet stroker cranks. I would highly recommend bolt on counter weights. Cheaper on cost. So everything can be made out of 1.5" or 2" flat billet steel on the water jet then finished machining on lathe then on the grinder.

The forged cranks will be 68mm stroke and available in about 2 months, the billet cranks will be 70mm stroke and are still 6 months out. The billet ones will have remoavble counter-weights .

Very well then! Most of us garden tractor pullers builds cranks that way. I'm sure if you will look around from Vogel Manufacturing, Midwest Super Cub, Lakota Racing, and Nichols Performance. They all make cranks the same way. I would highly recomend Vogelanufacturing and talk to Kevin Vogel. He's really interesting in those big blocks we all are building. He has some designs in mind that he's been wanting to do. But the market is just not big enough just yet. Will be very soon! Good luck!
I don't know man, those go-kart guys really turn them hard. They turn the 440s 8500 on the stock 10-bolt block and when trying to find the limit, the block ate the sheets at 9200. Who knows what these new 460 blocks will take.
I don't build them that aggressive so I cannot speak from experience, just from what my customers have told me.
