Here's the way I look at it. If you want a seat that looks exactly correct, and is made the right way from the correct materials, get your seat from Manchester1.

If you just want a seat to put on your rider that will be comfy and durable, get it from Manchester1

This other guy has cheap prices and most likely uses cheap materials
