Help! Getting it started

I just arrived at my in-laws and found this vintage mini bike in his storage unit. It hasn't ran in years.

It has spark, compression and fresh gas. but it's not starting. Will I need to take apart the carbs to clean them? How can I get this guys running again.

Does this motor need mixed gas? or normal?

How does the clutch engage? Does it engage once the rider twists the throttle?

Thanks! EnduroScout

Ya probably need some carb gaskets and a good cleaning! The diaphragm carbs are really easy to work on! Don't be intimidated. The diaphragms wear out and don't work after a time sitting. The diaphragm sits on the exhaust side of the carb under the rectangular cover plate Get a carb kit and you will be fine. It takes regular gas. You should probably change the oil while your hands are dirty. Flush that tank out while it is apart too!

Centrifigal clutch engages when the RPM's increase.
