Hey anyone know what this is ? The seat is an old seat I had lying around

Rouge Mark IV 400 like Outlaw said...has a set of low end HPE muskin forks on it.

here are the forks:

of course the seat is a manco streaker/thunderturd. Looks like someone did the classic Briggs conversion by cutting the downtube to clear the tank :doah: at least the rear part of the frame still holds it together!

Thanks a lot. I picked this roller up just like this from a kid that didn't know anything about it for $20 lol

Looks like they welded a 2nd neck tube on top of the original...maybe they used the piece of tubing they cut out of the back loop.
