Help identify this 1978 Mini Bike

I recently bought this mini bike. All I know about it is that it's from 1978. I'm trying to find the make and model. Anybody know? Thanks for your help.

Looks like some sort of Dixie mini, but it's not quite the same

I'm gonna have to say a grand prix from 71-74 I'm just guessing

Cause the guy I bought it from said it was from 1978 and that he'd had it since he was a kid.

He may not know/remember, but that's what he was thinking. He also said it might be a Manco.
