Hemi vs non hemi

I am running a predator 212 non hemi with billet rod and flywheel. I am wanting to make my bike into a full out drag bike. Is there a major difference between the non hemi and hemi style? Does one have more potential than the other (possible bore sizes and valve sizes)?

i do know the hemi ratio rockers are 9-20times more expensive than non-hemi ratio rockers.

But does the hemi have more power potential or larger bore/valves

Hemi has advantages over non hemi. It is more convenience than power potential.
Hemi benefits
1) flat top piston
2) uses gx200 side cover gaskets
3) uses gx200 cams while the non hemi's have slightly larger cam journals and require specific cams.

The hemi head has a lot of potential with a less severe short side turn however in stock form is not as good as some of the non hemi heads like the RTC8.
