There are some 300lb. guys here that will attest to the fact that a 6.5hp gx200 or Robin-subaru will put them on their rear-end quick. I weigh 180 and my stock 6.5 gx-clone will flat out haul! I have to sit on the front of the seat when punching the throttle or it's flipsville. Some guys are running these motors at speeds approaching 80mph. I have no engine mods and the governor is still in place. My 300 pound nephew was amazed with the power. The smaller blocks also have more potential for high rpm than the larger ones.
The 6.5's have incredible low-end torque available at 2500 rpm.
