Honda gx 160 head

Has anyone bought 1 of the aftermarket gx heads that are available for a very cheap price? I have a gx160 that needs a head. Just wondering which way i should go. Thanks

I use them all the time without problems. Are you building the engine up?

I would either use the 14 or 18cc heads. The 22 and HEMI heads would probably be too big and you wouldn't get much compression. Search for the compression chart sticky in the Honda/Clone section of the forum.

Everest supply sells 14cc heads on amazon for 16 bucks. I have bought many to convert to big valve heads.

I am putting it back stock at this time. I saw how cheap these aftermarket heads are. So with the information provided i will go ahead and get 1 . Thanks everyone for the response to my question. Trent
