Generally those forks were on the Trail blazer LTD line not the Trail horse GTO's, they were basically the same bikes but 2 different lines made by General appliance, good luck with it, looks like it was a flood victim!
Mark is correct. That would be a Trail Blazer and not a Trail Horse because of the forks. Just for your own information. Someone added that scrub brake on the swing arm. The General Appliance bikes never came with scrub brakes.
