Yeah I'm thinking there might be a bunch of mismatched parts...the add says its complete...I'm trying to figure out what it's suppose to look like before I go. I guess it will become obvious when I'm seeing it in person. I'm just not seeing any pictures of anything with that fork and frame configuration.

I'm not a mini history buff, but seems it was a limited field of makers that used those styled handlebars? Go for it either way.

The first one I pictured had the big wheels and seat springs. The second one in the thumbnail looks like the frame in question. I wonder if the seller has both bikes?

Definitely looks like a Scat cat of some type. Maybe an Efinel/Grand prix of some type. Looks like it has at least 90% of the parts to put it back together.

I think I have too. Started putting the jigsaw together and it looks like there are only enough parts for one bike.

That thing is going to look great! the spoked rims are very 60s and 70s, and the torque converter is gonna feel good.
Looks like you are gonna need a few parts though. Good luck!
