I don't know, I'm afraid I'm just going to paint whats suppose to be chrome. I'm debating some color vs chrome paint and two stage clear. I hate to do that but those parts have already been blasted and primed. I think the frame was blue and the motor white so I might stick with that.
What do you think...Some color or bright silver for the wheels and handlebars? I'm thinking of a nice little beater my Grandsons 7 & 8 can get started with.

ya...whats in the mustang?? White motor for sure...i say rust-oleum red and a 2 part in a can clear coat...just me tho

1970 Mach1 351C. I bought that in 1972 I was seventeen. I worked as a dishwasher at a local restaurant to make the payments. It got me into and out of lots of trouble.

I know "chrome would be better" but they are functional , clean , and all the same color. You did good.

Moving right along! I made my wife sew me a seat.
Now I'm thinking those front springs should be black. I was planning on doing a white motor but Looking at it maybe that should be black too? I've got a post in the wanted section for a brake hub (I've got one... used it in the front) I could still sure use it

Probably easier to make front springs black than to make rear springs chrome. I like the idea of a black motor and black springs. Seat and bars and springs and motor all black. Looking good.

I think the lower fork tubes would be nice in red with black springs. Think about a silver engine.

I spent the day prior digging holes in the garden so she could plant bulbs she promised anything I wanted for doing that so I had her do some sewing.
