its still a work in progress I hollowed it out from the back then glued a new back on it.
not sure what im using for strings yet
this wont be a functional instrument but it wont be far from being one either

their is nothing stopping you just cut up some wood and see where it takes you:thumbsup:

awesome! Taimane is great . Iv made quite a few different wood carvings of cars and stuff but no people. im sure a functional marionette takes a certain touch aswell! maby theres a place online that you can get schooled on how to make the joints and everything :shrug: :thumbsup:

yes most of them do only have 4 but their also 6 and 8 string ukuleles
this is a copy of Taimane gardner's 8 string custom Kamaka most of the time she only uses 7 strings so thats how I made this one 8 tuners and 7 strings :laugh: heres a stand i made for it today I would display the uke in it but I want to make sure the black paint is good and dry first :laugh:
