Is this stock or a mixture of bikes?

This is on CL and am wondering if it is a stock bike or a mixture of parts. What is it? They are asking $350. Thanks

I think it is the Powerdyne whatever they called them.. The Powerdydne version of the Minicycle that everybody was building at the time..

Some parts look Rupp-ish, like the tail light, swing arm, frame.

Looks like an Arco minus the seat pan.

Those are another model Arco similar to the one I mentioned, The Buccaneer had the same shock mounts as the Bushwhacker like the bike in question but if I saw the brochure pics right it has twin downtubes so now I'm back to confused however those are Arco forks and the rear fender mount is too so maybe an earlier or later version. Yeah, confused now.

ER yeah I guess it probably is the Arco.. .. nothing on it is Rupp.. All those pieces came on it new.. :thumbsup:

The cross brace on the handlebars and the lack of frame gusset plate near fork tube seems to put it closer to the powerdyne. Still confused.
