I do not think its a Continental, they had the jackshaft mounted behind the frame were the swing arm mounts too. I think Randy's quess is closer need better pictures.
Here's how my Continental swing arm looks like and notice how the top tubes of the frame go past the neck and the neck is 1-5/8 OD.

Like stated above the Continentals all, or at least the few I've been around have the top tube continue past the steering tube. Here's a C-350 The '68-69 are all very close from the C-350 all the way up to a TT500. I researched them pretty strong a couple of years ago. On Brandt's site somewhere, he has the differences listed.

Ok ... The guy sent me some good pics ... I think this one will work for now ... Randy ... I think you are dead on with the C-350 ... I'll give it a little longer before I declare the Best Answer ... Thanks

From what I can see it looks to be a 69 Digger or 69 Sprint with the rear swing arm having the bracket for a chain tensioner. Because those bikes didn't use a jackshaft even thou they had the brackets for a jackshaft chain came straight off engine to wheel. Plus if the rear shocks are original only digger and sprint used them as far as I know. But do a little more homework ask Brandt at Rupparts.com and show that picture to him he will know for sure. Also someone cut the jackshaft bracket off to fit that briggs engine in it I bet. Good luck
