Hmmmm, I'm no expert but I think they weren't US built bikes or had 6 inch or smaller wheels.

Strictly US Vintage Nothing new. Nothing imported. 6" Wheels or smaller. If it doesn't fit within these guidelines, post it in general.

They were Italian built folding scooters. I think they were built in the 1980s.
