Yes Michigan has the most! The good news is they are making new ones every day in China so all the other states can catch up!

You right Ogy.
Nothing here for at least 6 months.
I search Craigslist all over the country.
Michigan by far seems to have the most vintage bikes.
Ohio isn't too far behind.
It is torturous for me to look.
I would be more broke than I am if I was up that way.

I'm from CA and the only minibikes I see are mine. I swear by the looks of most people's faces, mine are the first they seen as well. I figure most people ride up and down the street in their own neighborhood cause we drive all over creation and don't see a single minibike

In CA. The craigslist is never disappointing. Except for the Colemans, DB,s and Motovoxes. My range is 6 county's for anything exceptional. MI and CA were big on distribution. Some bikes are plentiful in the areas they were built, and a lot aren't. Depends on what you are looking for? A rupp in Ohio is as common as a ruttman in MI as a Taco in CA. The question should be on variety and where misc. bikes landed.
