Yep, I couldn't figure out how to get them apart. Foot pegs, lower fork tubes and kickstand getting chrome plated.

Theres a thread on here on how to tear apart Sebac shocks. You need a strap wrench, a socket and long extension.

K&S Hornet Project

Attached are some pictures of where I ended up for now. I plan on doing something with the motor possibly this winter as it does smoke slightly. I also plan on putting an original type exhaust on it.

I think the front fender might be on backwards?

I found this K&S Hornet in a barn and traded for 12 Quail for it.

Does anyone have a link on more information about K&S manufacturing and this model?
