K&S Road Runner Restomod

This bike was in pretty rough shape and has a lot of pitting. I may get some heat for this but I’m rebuilding it in a 1950-60s Indy car theme. I didn’t want to restore it back to original because I could not get rid of a lot of the pitting. I’m trying to keep it “vintage” but still need a few things. I would like a correct year Tecumseh but have a later model H35 right now. Here is a little of what I have so far. I’m also missing the “chain guard.
I do my own powder coating and design/print my own decals

The 1950-60s Indy car theme will definitely give it a cool, vintage look. Rebuilding instead of restoring allows you to showcase your creativity. For the Tecumseh engine, sourcing a correct model could be challenging, but the H35 will still work well. Custom powder coating and decals will definitely set your build apart!
