Kart frame at a auction is it junk or gold?

I would say it's neither junk or gold. I wouldn't bid unless I could inspect it in person

The picture sure does suck and shows a real lack of salesmanship on the part of the frame owner. But with the long front porch sticking out front of the front wheels I would guess that it is a enduro chassis. Tires shown do not fit that style of kart. Big cost basket case.
