Let's see your other ride.

After looking at 100s of mini bikes on this forum, I notice a LOT of classic cars in the background of many pictures. Let's see what else everyone is working on.

I'll start, this is my 78 CJ7:

I'm restoring it from the ground up, so it's still got plenty of work left, but she's my baby.

Seems like I go back and forth between the old Kaws and minis. This 81 CSR1000 had set for many, many years and when I got it running with the original motor I took it out for a test ride and it wasn't running right so I decided to head back home and about 3 houses away from my house the front brake locked up hard and I tried to jump off it and I did but landed on my elbow and broke it, that was about 2 years ago. Should have known better that all the junk from the bike sitting on its kick stand for all those years collects on the inboard front caliper. I just re-did the CSR from top to bottom as rider quality with a 81 GPZ1100 motor in it and it runs really good for 81.

Great thread and please keep the pictures coming.

Not nearly the same quality or value as the Camaro but here is my 1976 Oldsmobile Starfire with 29,000 actual miles. It is ready for a new owner. It is a 3.8 with four speed. I love to drive it but have a hard time getting into, and especially out of it. I never drive it unless I can go at least 100 miles without getting out.

My dad had a 76 Vega with the 4 cylinder and 4 speed and the shifter I remember would get stuck between gears and he sold before I could drive. I think the Monza version was like the Starfire and I really like the Monza body style and looked for several years for one but I guess in Nebraska the winters were to hard on them. Yours looks really nice and original.

Thanks for sharing.

more stuff with wheels!

This is great…! Some cool cars lurking alongside the minibikes in garages everywhere…

Here's mine at the moment….

- 51 Chevy panel truck with a 455 Buick in it (it's the hauler for the minibikes to the White Knuckle Scramble next week)
- All original 58 Buick Roadmaster75 w/ 40,000 miles
- 49 Willys Overland Jeepster
- 78 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz with only 23,000 miles

The truck was a chicken coop when I dragged it home…

the Willys was hit hard in the rear and floors/rockers were gone.

I like mini bikes now since they don't take as long to restore!

That is one hell of a nice Coronet. Great photo! I wasn't going to post until I saw a MOPAR here. We've done this thread at least three times since I've been here.

67 Coronet R/T. Documented since the day it went down the line until current, all original, .010 over on the original 440 Magnum, power windows, AC, and 4000 pounds of gas guzzling nostalgia. (the front Chevy plate is long gone, and those are old Cragars in 15")

I drive it at least once per week.
