mikuni fuel pump on a briggs and stratton 3.5HP?

hey everyone.. has anyone put a pluse fuel pump on a briggs and stratton 3.5 hp? what location would be best to install into the motor at? could i just use the breather assembly some one with this pump or go ahead and tap into the case somewhere? and if i do what location would be a good start? if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great!! thanks

I have a similar set up on my 5HP briggs. I have recently had some flooding issues, so I bought one of these to help regulate the fuel. I figure if I close it part way I can limited the pressure

and trust me, run a filter! the Tec carbs are like Cheezy, kinda sensitive!

and I dunno if the stock breather will work as it has a valve in it. I tapped the top, front of the PTO cover and run a line back from there to the pump mounted on a plate secured to the oem bottom tank bolt

ok.. thanks man. i just have not seen anyone talk about using a pump with are kind of motors and wast sure if it works the same or what part of the motor i need to tap into.. thanks I'm going to give it a go!

could you tell me what fuel pump will work with my smaller 3.5 HP briggs.. I'm looking at mikuni pump DF44-211 will that work with my motor? thanks

You are on your own! I just buy the little square ones...or the Walbro is an excellent choice
