I think this might be my next project'
I have a purchased an old minibike about 2 yrs ago
It is a Australian made Toyoco Alligator.
I was wondering the limitations I may encounter'
Hopefully Before attempting the transformation mode of full on Replacement Part's & Repairs. :doah::facepalm:
Will a Upgrade motor mount fit on the 2 stock motor mount flat bars?
I would like to utilize another predator
There power full enough for my liking with upgrades.
The Blue Paint on this bike is old & It reminds me of a an old Mopar race car color from the 70's.

Looks like you have a fun project!

I think you could bolt a Predator in there now, but there are 3 things I would do if I had that bike.

1. Cut out those two bars and weld in a flat motor plate with the motor slightly more forward of where it is now.

2. Add a jackshaft so I could center the motor better, and easier gear swaps, shorter chains.

3. Add a hinge style seat mount like this:

Do as much or as little as you want. Make it they way you like it!

I'm no Pro on mini's but' i been around '
All of what you mentioned sounds very good except'
neither neighbor's have a welding machine.
Do you think the Billet motor mount will fit?
it slides forward with slots.

Cool Thanks

Yeah I am looking forward to making her a nicer ride.
it's a 5' rim set drum brake syatem & thick 1'' tube frame & fork,no clue of the axle sizes. I know the axles are much thicker than 5/8th.
